INNER HEALING WEEKLY WORKSHOPS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the participant (“Member”) and Hidden Gems Consulting LLC (“Facilitator”), for participation in the Inner Healing Weekly Workshops, a group coaching and personal development service.

By enrolling in this membership, the Member agrees to the following terms:

1. Description of Services

Hidden Gems Consulting LLC provides weekly group workshops focused on inner healing, emotional wellness, trauma-informed education, and spiritual integration. These sessions are designed to support personal growth and healing through guided activities, discussion, and somatic or reflective practices.

Workshops may include:

• Psychoeducation on trauma and healing

• Group sharing (optional)

• Guided meditations or imagery

• Coaching-style inquiries and prompts

• Spiritually-based reflection*

*Note: All faith journeys are welcome! Pease note that the facilitator is a follower of Jesus and may occasionally reference Scripture, prayer, the Bible, or the Holy Spirit, as a source of wisdom, understanding, and healing power. The facilitator also recognizes many people have been harmed by “the church” and is sensitive to those experiences as well. This is a safe place to heal, learn and grow, wherever you may be on your faith journey!

2. Confidentiality Agreement

To create a safe and supportive environment, all members agree to the following:

• •What is shared in the group stays in the group. Personal stories, emotions, or identities revealed in this space are confidential and may not be shared outside the group.

• No recording of sessions is permitted.

• Respect the privacy, safety, and boundaries of all group members.

• Breaches of confidentiality may result in removal from the membership without refund.

Facilitator will maintain confidentiality to the extent permitted by law. However, confidentiality may be broken in the following circumstances:

• If a member expresses intent to harm themselves or others

• If child abuse, elder abuse, or abuse of a vulnerable adult is disclosed

3. Payment Terms

Membership is billed on a monthly basis.

• Payments are collected automatically

• Cancel anytime; access continues through the billing cycle

• No refunds will be issued for missed sessions

  Discounts & Scholarship Policy

  From time to time, Hidden Gems Consulting LLC offers promotional discounts, scholarships, or full-fee waivers for select offerings on a limited basis. These are provided to increase access to healing support for those experiencing financial hardship or unique circumstances.

  All coupons, discounts, and scholarship offers are:

  • Time-limited —typically 1-3 months, but may expire without notice

  • Non-transferable and intended for the individual who receives the offer

  • Subject to approval at the discretion of Hidden Gems Consulting LLC

  We reserve the right to modify or discontinue these offers at any time. If you have received a discount code or scholarship, please redeem it within the time frame indicated to ensure eligibility.

4. Informed Consent, Assumption of Risk, Hold Harmless Agreement

This membership is intended for adults aged 18 and older. By participating, the Member confirms that they are at least 18 years of age.

By enrolling in this program, the Member understands that these workshops involve emotional exploration, personal reflection, and discussion of potentially sensitive topics. While the facilitator strives to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive environment, inner healing work can bring up intense emotions, unresolved trauma, or temporary psychological discomfort.

These workshops are educational and experiential in nature and do not constitute therapy or crisis intervention. Members are encouraged to seek support from a licensed mental health professional if needed.

By participating, the Member:

• Gives informed consent to engage in these workshops

• Acknowledges their responsibility for their own emotional and mental well-being

• Accepts the potential risks involved in personal growth and healing work

• Agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Hidden Gems Consulting LLC, its owner(s), facilitators, and affiliates from any and all claims, actions, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the program

5. Group Expectations

To maintain a respectful and healing-centered space, members agree to:

• Participate with honesty and self-responsibility

• Avoid judgment, advice-giving, or religious correction of others

• Honor their own readiness to share or remain silent

• Notify the facilitator if in emotional distress or experiencing significant triggers

6. Facilitator Availability & Missed Sessions

The Facilitator reserves the right to take occasional weeks off for rest, travel, illness, or personal reasons, without obligation to reschedule missed sessions. In these cases:

• Members will be notified in advance when possible

• Missed sessions may or may not be rescheduled, at the sole discretion of the Facilitator

• No refunds will be issued for sessions missed due to Facilitator absence, as this is a membership model that supports ongoing access, not a per-session payment model

The Member understands that this flexibility supports a sustainable, well-resourced healing environment.

7. Technology & Access

Workshops are hosted via Microsoft Teams. Members are responsible for ensuring a quiet, private space and reliable internet connection. Hidden Gems Consulting LLC is not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or participant connectivity problems during online sessions.

Sessions will NOT be recorded and replays will not be available due to the sensitive nature of the material.

8. Termination of Membership

The Facilitator reserves the right to remove a participant if behavior is harmful to the group, breaches confidentiality, or violates the integrity of the healing space. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

9. Changes to Terms

Please note that the terms of this membership may be updated or modified at any time at my discretion. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the member portal. Continued participation in the membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Agreement and Signature

By submitting payment and enrolling in this membership, you affirm that you have read and agree to the terms above. You are participating voluntarily and understand the nature and limitations of this service.
